1. Unique Bag Code.

Each bag is assigned a unique Bag Code to ensure complete traceability throughout the supply chain.

The Bag Code helps identify:

  • The exporter and internal reference (ITG)

  • The specific batch or lot

  • The production sequence

  • The month and year of production

This system allows the product to be traced back to its production period, quality documents, and laboratory test reports (COA) if required.

Why this matters to buyers:

It ensures transparency, simplifies quality verification, and supports efficient handling in case of inspections, reorders, or quality related queries.

2. Customized Packaging Options.

We offer flexible bulk packaging solutions designed to meet international import regulations, storage efficiency, and buyer-specific handling needs.

Our most commonly supplied export formats include:


  • 25 kg bags – Industry-standard for bulk importers and distributors


  • 20 kg bags – Preferred by buyers with smaller batch processing or warehouse constraints.

Each bag is packed using food-grade inner liners to protect the product from moisture, contamination, and transit damage.

3. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection.

Scope of Inspection (From ITG)

Depending on buyer preference, inspections may include:


  • Product quality & physical condition


  • Packaging type, weight & labeling verification


  • Batch & lot traceability


  • Quantity confirmation


  • Container loading & sealing (if required)


Third-Party Inspection (On Request)

Inspection can be carried out by independent third-party agencies nominated by the buyer or mutually agreed upon.


This ensures:


  • Transparency


  • Neutral verification


  • Compliance with international trade norms

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

For buyer assurance, we facilitate independent pre-shipment testing through NABL-accredited laboratories

Certificates of Analysis (COA) can be provided in the ITG Overseas’s name, based on buyer requirements.

Testing costs are charged transparently at actuals.

4. Dedicated Export Communication

We provide dedicated, professional communication support throughout the export process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely coordination from first inquiry to final delivery.

Single Point of Contact

Once order is finalised you are assigned a dedicated export communication contact, responsible for:


  • Handling inquiries and negotiations


  • Sharing order updates and timelines


  • Coordinating documents and inspections
