Our Services.
1. Unique Bag Code.
Image Above is a reference of what the bag code will look like, and is just an example. Real Bag tag may vary.
Each bag is assigned a unique Bag Code to ensure complete traceability throughout the supply chain.
The Bag Code helps identify:
-
The exporter and internal reference (ITG)
-
The specific batch or lot
-
The production sequence
-
The month and year of production
This system allows the product to be traced back to its production period, quality documents, and laboratory test reports (COA) if required.
Why this matters to buyers:
2. Customized Packaging Options.
Our most commonly supplied export formats include:
25 kg bags – Industry-standard for bulk importers and distributors
20 kg bags – Preferred by buyers with smaller batch processing or warehouse constraints.
3. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection.
Scope of Inspection (From ITG)
Depending on buyer preference, inspections may include:
-
Product quality & physical condition
-
Packaging type, weight & labeling verification
-
Batch & lot traceability
-
Quantity confirmation
-
Container loading & sealing (if required)
Third-Party Inspection (On Request)
Inspection can be carried out by independent third-party agencies nominated by the buyer or mutually agreed upon.
This ensures:
-
Transparency
-
Neutral verification
-
Compliance with international trade norms
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Certificates of Analysis (COA) can be provided in the ITG Overseas’s name, based on buyer requirements.
Testing costs are charged transparently at actuals.
